Sri Neeraj Upadhyay, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed on the record instructions appended whereto is a communication dated 8 February 2018 addressed to the applicant, wherein the Director has disclosed that in light of the Government Order dated 18 May 2017 a restraint has been imposed on filling up of Group -C posts till the existing Clerks are absorbed.
Consequently, an offer has been forwarded to the applicant to obtain appointment on compassionate grounds on a Class -IV post.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall stand disposed of.
