Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for State and Sri Ashish Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the objector in mutation proceedings before the Tehsildar.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to expedite the case no. 6179/2014 computerized case no. T20141470036179 Shiv Prakash Mishra Vs. Late Rejneeta, U/s 34/35 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, withing stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
