Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has filed this petition claiming revised salary after the benefit of third ACP.
During the pendency of the petition petitioner has retired, therefore he has filed an application to amend the writ petition, so as to claim the retiral dues also according to the salary is sought to be revised. Since the amendment has been necessitated by the subsequent event during the pendency of the writ petition we permit the petitioner to make the amendment.
Amendment Application No. 17415 of 2018 is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a week.
List for admission/final disposal in the week commencing 19th March, 2018 by which time counsel for the respondents who has not filed counter affidavit to the main petition may file the same.
