1. Notice was issued to petitioner to engage another counsel vide Court's order dated 21.12.2018 and it was sent by registered post on 07.01.2019. Perused the office report dated 07.02.2019. Service is deemed sufficient. Called in revise. None appeared on behalf of petitioner.
2. By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:
"issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 15.6.2002, 1.7.2002 passed by the respondent no.2, General Manager of the Sugar Mill (annexure-38 and 40 to the writ petition and the order dated 18.10.2002 passed by the respondent no.3 the Administrator/District Magistrate the Kisan Sahkari Chini Mill Co-operative Society Bisalpur, Pilibhit (Annexure-41 to the writ petition);"
3. However, I have gone through the pleadings, grounds as also reliefs sought and find that petitioner is not able to make out a case so as to justify interference of this Court by granting reliefs, as prayed for.
4. Moreover, it appears that either the cause of action no more survives or that petitioner has lost interest in this matter or it has otherwise become infructuous and, probably for this reason, none is interested to have decided this matter on merits.
5. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
