This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the hearing of the application filed by the petitioner under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the C.P.C. which accompanied the Suit No. 351 of 2019 be expedited. On the temporary injunction application, notices were issued on 2.5.2019. The record reveals that the defendants had put in appearance.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the application for temporary injunction would be decided within the next two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
