The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 690/2002, expeditiously, within a time stipulated by this Court.
The suit was instituted by Smt. Savitri Devi, the predecessor-in- interest of the present petitioner. It is pending since the year 2002.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
