Learned counsel for the petitioner is misleading the Court by submitting that no specific role has been assigned to the petitioner, whereas from the perusal of the impugned F.I.R. recitals that he alongwith other co-accused had severely beaten the nephew of respondent no.4.

In view of above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed .
