Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A., Sri Kapil Tyagi, learned counsel for O.P.No. 2 and perused the record.
This revision has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 11.3.2019 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge,Court No. 02, Bulandshahr in S.T. No. 190 of 2017 ( State Vs. Lala alias Vijay and others) under section 307/149 IPC by which the applicant has been summoned under section 319 Cr.P.C to face the trial From the perusal of the record and the impugned order it transpires that the learned Magistrate has summoned the applicant under the powers conferred under section 319 Cr.P.C. There is no error in summoning of the applicant to face the trial passed by learned Magistrate. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the same is refused.
The revision lacks marit and is hereby dismissed.
