JUDGMENT / ORDER

Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Additional District Court, Chengalpet to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.159 of 2007 within the time frame.
2.The petitioners/plaintiffs invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India have moved the Civil Revision Petition for a direction to the trial court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.159 of 2007 within a particular time frame.
3.It is found that O.S.No.159 of 2007 is jointly tried alongwith O.S.No.335 of 2005. Further, it is found that the matter is already part- heard. In such circumstances, no need is there to give a direction to the court below for the conclusion of the case within a particular time frame. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the court below to dispose of the suits as expeditiously as possible.
4.With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
