Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks following relief:
i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 3, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Karchhana, Prayagraj, to decide the Case No. T201802030509472, Shekhar Srivastava and others v. Satkar Colonizer & others, under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, expeditiously, as possible as, within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the third respondent, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Karchhana, Prayagraj, shall pass appropriate order, in accordance with law.
In view thereof, on consent, the petition is disposed of directing the third respondent, Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Karchhana, Prayagraj, to consider and decide the aforesaid case by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of copy of this order alongwith copy of the writ petition.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered the claim of the petitioner on merits.
