Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mirzapur to decide the Case No.71 of 2011 (State Vs. Fakre Alam alia Guddu Kabadi and another) under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 IPC, Police Station-Kotwali Katra, District-Mirzapur within stipulated period.
The only prayer sought by the applicant is to give direction to the court below to decide the case pending since the year 2011 within stipulated period.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2011, it is expected from the learned trial court to proceed with the case and make all necessary endeavour to conclude within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
