The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.864 of 2004 within a stipulated period.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the suit is at the stage of cross-examination of PW-1.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
