The learned counsel for the appellant circulated a memo to the Registry indicating that she is withdrawing the intra court appeal in OSA.Sr.No.17069 of 2013.

2. When the unnumbered appeal was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the appellant reiterated her statement made in the memo and made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellant dated, 21 September 2016 and the endorsement made by her in open court, the unnumbered appeal in OSA Sr.No.17069 of 2013 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
