Learned Standing Counsel states on instructions provided by the concerned District Magistrate that final orders shall be passed in respect of the present petitioner after taking into consideration the enquiry report dated 25 May 2019 within a period of one week from today. Statement so made is recorded and accepted.
The petition shall stand disposed of at this stage.
The petitioner shall have liberty to assail orders, if any, that may be passed and may be adverse to the petitioner.
