Petitioner wants consideration of his representation made to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Khaga, Fatehpur. The representation discloses that there is a dispute between petitioner and his vendor in respect of immovable property.
Such dispute cannot be resolved by administrative authorities. Remedy of the petitioner in such circumstances would be to approach competent civil court.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach appropriate forum this writ petition is consigned to record.
