The petitioner claims to be a contractor working with the respondent no. 2. His contract has been renewing annually from time to time. For the renewal of its contract for the year 2018- 19, the petitioner could not submit its documents as the original license granted to the petitioner is with the respondent no. 2 and has not been returned, which is necessary requirement for applying for renewal.
This writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case any original document is with the respondent no. 2 which has to be returned to the petitioner, the same be considered upon a representation being filed by the petitioner and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law on the said representation.
