The present bail cancellation application has been filed by the applicant for setting aside the order dated 29.3.2018 passed by Sessions Judge, Meerut in Bail Application No.1017 of 2018 (Manjeet Vs. State of U.P.), arising out of Case Crime No.359 of 2016, under Sections 323, 326A, 498A, 120B, 506 IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Parikshitgarh District Meerut.
The instant bail cancellation application has been filed by the applicant on the ground that the learned Court below has wrongly granted bail to the applicant against evidence on record especially the medical report of the injured.
I have perused the bail granted order dated 29.3.2018. The Court below has considered the nature of injuries and the animosity between the parties, I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the bail granting order.
The bail cancellation application is bereft of merit and the same is accordingly rejected.
