The proceedings in Misc. Case no.184 of 2016, Shashi Bala vs. Durga Prasad, under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Chilhiya, District Siddharth Nagar are pending since 02.05.2016. The proceedings have been brought seeking to recover arrears of maintenance.
A perusal of the order sheet shows that the proceedings in the aforesaid case are lingering on.
Looking to the said fact, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Siddharth Nagar is directed to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Misc. Case no.184 of 2016, Shashi Bala vs. Durga Prasad, under Section 128 Cr.P.C., Police Station Chilhiya, District Siddharth Nagar within a period of three months next from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The application stands disposed of with the above orders.
