List revised. No one is present on behalf of the revisionist. Heard learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The perusal of the record shows that by impugned order dated 18.4.1994 maintenance of Rs. 300 per month has been granted by the Judicial Magistrate against the revisionist, payable to his wife.
Considering the meagre amount as maintenance which may not be sufficient for livelihood for a person for one month. I find that no interference is required and revision is liable to be dismissed.
Accordingly, the revision is dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
