This criminal revision has been preferred against the impugned order dated 19.07.1997 passed by City Magistrate, Allahabad in the case of State Vs. Sharda Prasad and others, under Section 111 Cr.P.C., P. S. Shahganj, District Allahabad, by which notice was issued to revisionist to show cause why he should not furnish the personal bond of Rs.10,000/- and two sureties of like amount for maintaining peace for a period of one year.
It appears that this criminal revision has become infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, it is provided that the revisionist may move application for recall of this order, within a period of two months, if cause of action still survives.
