Heard Shri M.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava, State Law Officer, appearing for the respondents.
The petitioner is before this Court with request to issue direction to the respondents to correct the Khatauni 1395 to 1400 Fasali of Araji No.200 at the place of his Arazi No.300 situated in Village Mevli, Tappa 84, Pargana Kantit, Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur within stipulated time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already filed representations dated 15.9.2017, 18.7.2017 and 18.2.2018 before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, Mirzapur for redressal of his grievance, which are still pending. He has confined his prayer only to the relief that his representations may be considered by the appropriate authority.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to the said prayer.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, Mirzapur to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
