This writ petition has been filed for the expeditious decision of the suit. It has been brought to notice of the Court that even issues have not been framed till date.
Under such circumstances, the Court shall make an endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. Thereafter, issues be framed within a period of one month. The suit thereafter shall be heard on a day-to-day basis and be decided as expeditiously as possible.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
