1. Despite the earlier conditional order dated 29/03/2012 passed by this Court, no steps are taken to serve unserved respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4. Under the circumstances and considering the earlier conditional order dated 29/03/2012 passed by this Court and as no steps are taken to serve unserved respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4, the present Civil Revision Application is dismissed for non-prosecution so far as respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 are concerned.

2. Registry is directed to notify the present Civil Revision Application for final hearing.
