Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Ashok Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4.
The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:-
(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to provide the scanned copy of Answer Book of the petitioner of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination-2018.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent No. 4 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2018 given to him.
Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 18.7.2019, learned Standing Counsel has produced instruction dated 20.7.2019, which is taken on record.
On the basis of instruction received, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that scanned copy of Answer Book of the petitioner of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination-2018 has already been sent to the petitioner by post on 19.7.2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has accepted that scanned copy of Answer Book of the petitioner of Assistant Teacher Recruitment Examination-2018 has been received to the petitioner, therefore, this petition has become infructuous and it may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
