1. The petitioner states that he retired from the post of Safai Karmchari in Nagar Nigam, Allahabad on 31.10.2011. He has not been given his retiral benefits till date. He has made his representation on 2.7.2018.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by the judgment and order dated 29.10.2018 passed in a bunch of writ petitions, the leading case of which is Writ-A No. 21110 of 2018.
3. Learned counsel for the Nagar Nigam, Sri Rajesh Kumar Yadav does not dispute the facts as mentioned by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. It appears the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of the judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Kamla Vs. Nagar Nigam Allahabad through Nagar Ayukt & another.
5. The respondents are given four months time to clear the dues of the petitioner from the date of service of certified copy of this order is produced before them.
