Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the parties, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jaunpur to expedite the proceedings of Misc. Case No. 274 of 1997 (Smt. Shanti and others Vs. Mahendra Pratap Singh and others), expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order after giving due opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
