Heard Shri Jawahar Lal Yadava, learned counsel for the revisionist, Shri Subhash Chandra Yadav, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Vinod Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The Court has perused the order dated 31.07.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Azamgarh, in Misc. Case No. 4 of 2010 (Smt. Shanti Devi Vs. Baburam), under Section 127 Cr.P.C., in the order so passed which was for enhancement for amount being given as maintenance was allowed and the amount given earlier was enhanced. The revisionist has moved this revision before this Court for further enhancement, the amount being given to her after passing of the order dated 31.07.2015, there seems to be no good ground to enhance the amount at this stage.
The revision is accordingly dismissed.
