The prayer made in the instant petition in pith and substance is for issuing direction to the court below to conclude the proceedings registered as Misc. Case No. 185 of 2011 on an application said to have been filed by the petitioner under Order XXXIX Rule 2-A C.P.C.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the Presiding Officer is on training.
The instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as the Presiding Officer returns, after completing his training, he shall make endeavour to decide the proceedings expeditiously.
The other prayers made in the petition are not granted.
