This petition alleges disobedience of an interim order directing the parties to maintain status quo in a pending second appeal. The allegation of contempt is made against the State respondents arrayed herein as opposite party nos. 1 to 3. Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute that neither the State nor the three opposite parties referred to above are parties in the second appeal.
Consequently, this Court finds no ground to initiate proceedings in contempt.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
