Sri Ishir Sripat, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that he does not want to press the writ petition as the license granted for running the retail outlet by District Supply Officer has been withdrawn and petitioners do not want to continue with the business of dispensation of petroleum products.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the machines of Indian Oil Corporation are standing on the land of petitioners on which retail outlet of Indian Oil Corporation was being run by petitioners. Sri Sripat submitted that a direction be issued to Indian Oil Corporation for removal of the machines from the land over which dealership of petitioners continued.
In view of the statement, so made, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to respondent nos. 5 and 6 i.e. Indian Oil Corporation to get the machines removed from the land on which dealership of petitioner was running as the same is now discontinued in view of the license being withdrawn by the licensing authority, in terms of agreement arrived upon between the parties.
