The Deputy Commissioner and Arbitrator (N.H.48), Mini Vidhana Soudha, Tumkuru District, Tumkuru. … Respondents This MFA is filed under Section 37(c) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against the order dated 09.02.2016 passed in A.A.No.33/2015 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tumakuru dismissing the Arbitration appeal filed under Section 34(2) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Section 3(G) of National Highway Act, 1956.
This appeal coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:
J U D G M E N T The learned counsel for the appellant is absent.

2. As per order dated 25.10.2018 passed by this Court, two weeks time was granted for compliance of office objections. Otherwise, on the next date of hearing, the appeal shall be dismissed.
3. Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant has not appeared and no steps are taken for compliance of office objections.
4. Thus, in view of the order dated 25.10.2018, this appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of office objections.
