1. Notice was issued to appellants to engage another counsel by order dated 24.09.2015 and sent by register post A.D. on 28.09.2015. As per office report dated 15.02.2016, appellant-1 has died and appellant-2 is not living in village. Since cause of action is common, therefore, the appeal has already abated.
2. Even otherwise, since appellant-2's address is not available, this Court has no option but to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
3. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed having abated as well as for want of prosecution.
