Heard Mr. Ajendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
By means of the present application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah, to expedite the hearing of the Complaint Case No. 226 of 2015 (Shankarbhan Singh vs. Tehsildar & Others), under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code, Police Station Kotwali City, District Etah.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
