Order on Civil Misc. Modification Application No. 4 of 2021
This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 8.12.2020.
The contention of learned counsel for the applicants is that although in terms of the said order, the applicants have been permitted to continue their studies, however, their result is not being declared on the ground that this Court has not directed the enrollment of students in question.
In view of the said statement, the order dated 8.12.2020 is modified to the effect that besides the directions contained in the order dated 8.12.2020, the result of the applicants shall also be declared and they shall be officially enrolled in the college in question.
The modification application is disposed off.
This order has been passed in the presence of Shri B.P. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
