[1] This application is filed by one Sumanben to release the convict prisoner
- Shamlabha on parole leave. It is stated in the application that she wants to marry with applicant accused as per wish of her deceased husband. Therefore, it is requested to grant parole leave to the applicant accused.
[2] The applicant accused is in jail since more than 12 years and his Jail record is good. Above fact is verified by the police and it is found to be genuine.
[3] Considering above facts, the applicant convict prisoner is granted parole leave for a period of thirty (30) days, from the date of his release, on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two Thousand Only), on the usual terms and conditions and to the satisfaction of the jail authority and on completion of the period of parole, the applicant shall surrender in time before the jail authority.
[4] In view of above, this application is partly allowed.
