The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the case for demarcation of land being Case No.T-202105440304717 (Shambhu vs. Nandkishor & Ors.) under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.T- 202105440304717 (Shambhu vs. Nandkishor & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
