This writ petition has been filed for restoring the electricity connection.
Sri Krishna Agarwal, who appears for the Corporation, submits that the authority concerned shall pass appropriate orders on representation dated 8.10.2020 expeditiously.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the competent authority to decide the pending representation dated 8.10.2020 , or a fresh representation, as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law.
