Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the respondent no.2.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 2094 of 2018 (Smt. Shalu @ Ravina Devi vs. Ankit Trivedi) under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Kanpur Nagar to consider and decide the aforesaid petition in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
