This petition has been filed praying for an expeditious disposal of an election petition relating to the elections of Adhyaksha Nagar Panchayat, Shivrajpur, district Kanpur Nagar.
Learned counsel submits that the delay in the proceedings would ultimately render the proceedings infructuous, in case the tenure is allowed to expire.
It will be open to the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the court concerned for an expeditious disposal that should be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
The petition is disposed of.
