Petitioner was a Class IV employee in a degree college, who has retired on 6th December, 2017. His grievance is that none of his retiral benefits have been paid so far, on account of which he is suffering irreparable injury.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.3 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for pension and other retiral benefits, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
