Heard Sri Suresh Dhar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this application u/s 482 Cr.P.C., the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the Complaint Case No.4987 of 2016 (Shakuntala Devi vs. Suresh Kumar Saroj and others), under Sections 494, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Roza, District Shahjahanpur pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur, within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed off with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur to consider and decide the aforesaid complaint case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties expeditiously from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
