1. Sri Vinay Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application as he proposes to move appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate for sending the matter to the trained mediator so to affect the mediation between parties inasmuch as petitioner no. 1, who is husband of the complainant Marium is still willing to keep Marium with him.
2. In case application for mediation is moved before the concerned Magistrate, it is expected that concerned Magistrate shall try to mediate the matter either on its own level or through trained mediator and facilitate mediation between parties within a period of 30 days of passing of the order, which shall be communicated to the concerned court by the petitioner positively within 7 from today.
Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
