Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Modification Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The modification application has been moved for modifying the order dated 26.2.2019 passed by this Court.
Cause shown in the accompanying affidavit is sufficient.
The modification application is allowed and the order dated 26.2.2019 is modified as under:
"In 4th line of 5th paragraph of the order dated 26.2.2019 the words one should be of a family member are deleted and in its place the words in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned are substituted and rest of the condition for release of the applicant on bail shall remain the same and the same shall be read as such."
Accordingly the modification application stands disposed off.
