This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the District Collector under the Kerala conservation of Paddy land & Wet land Act, 2008. The request of the petitioner has been declined by the respondents, the Local Monitoring Committee and other authorities. His further appeal to the District Collector was also rejected, as per Ext.P9. 2. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner shall approach the Secretary to Government, Agriculture Department, Government of Kerala, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgement. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the Secretary is directed to dispose of the matter, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a further period of two months.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
