JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has serious objections to the grant of a No Objection Certificate to the 7th respondent to conduct an industrial unit in his property. The unit proposes to manufacture Cement Concrete Bricks. Aggrieved by the No Objection Certificate issued to the 7th respondent, the petitioner has submitted Exhibit P8, which is pending before the second respondent. The petitioner has also preferred Exhibit P9 which is pending before the first respondent. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is, a direction to consider and dispose of Exhibits P8 and P9. Advocate George Mathew appears for the 7 th respondent. Advocate M.Ajay appears for the 4th respondent. Advocate A.C.Devassy appears for the 5th respondent. 2. In view of the limited relief sought, it is sufficient W.P.(C) No.20104 of 2014-K -:2:-
that this writ petition is disposed of directing Exhibits P8 and P9 to be considered by respondents 1 and 2.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit P9 and the second respondent to consider Exhibit P8 in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as respondents 5 and 7 and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
