Sri Vivek Verma, learned counsel for the opposite party, on instructions, states that in compliance of order of writ Court, representation of the applicant was decided. The University has taken a decision to award average marks to the applicant, regard being had to the fact that the answer sheets are not traceable. The corrected marks sheet has also been issued and the same has been handed over to learned counsel for the applicant in Court.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter.
The contempt application is consigned to record.
