This application has been filed under section 482 Cr.PC with request to quash the charge-sheet dated 17.01.2016, arising out of Case Crime No. 304 of 2015, Under section 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S. Achhnera, District- Agra.
At the very outset, the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that he may be given some protection at the stage of bail and the application may be disposed of accordingly.
There is no harm in accepting this prayer. The application is disposed of with the direction that if within 30 days from today, applicant appear before the court and give bail application, his bail application shall be heard and disposed of in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
