Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has filed a certified copy of the order dated 22.2.2018 passed in Application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. No. 2588 of 2018 (Shailendra Kashyap and 4 others Vs. State of U.P. and 1 others) which is taken on record.
This criminal revision has been preferred to quash the order dated 1.10.2015 in Case Crime No. 26 of 2009 (State Vs. Shailendra and others) passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 8, Kanpur Nagar whereby application of the revisionists for excluding the offence punishable under Sections 316 and 328 IPC was rejected.
From perusal of the order dated 22.2.2018 passed in Application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. No. 2588 of 2018 (Shailendra Kashyap and 4 others Vs. State of U.P. and 1 others), it reveals that proceedings has already been quashed by this Court.
Accordingly, this criminal revision has become infructuous and as such, the same is dismissed.
