JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule returnable on 24th April, 2012.
State shall examine the genuineness of the age through the concerned police officer including the verification of the original record on the basis of which the birth certificate is said to have been issued and the report shall be submitted on the next date.
To be placed with Criminal Appeal No.1107 of 2007 on that day.
