(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) By way of this civil application, the applicant has prayed for condoning delay of 442 days in filing the first appeal. We find that the applicant has sufficiently explained delay occurred in filing the first appeal. We are, therefore, inclined to allow this application. This application is accordingly allowed. Delay occurred in filing the first appeal is condoned. Rule is accordingly made absolute.
